He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas T. Frederick and Dora R. Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mitchell; his children, Stephanie and Stephen; his siblings, Doug, Donna, Betty and Dodie; and his grandchildren, Michael, Ella and Sebastian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
