He was predeceased by: his father David Seibert; and his brother David Paul Seibert. He is survived by: his brother Michael Dennis Seibert; his sons, David P. Worrell and Andrew Burrell; his sister Sherry Ann Caffo (Dan); and his grandchildren, Darley and Autumn.
