He is survived by: his wife Marion Kochs Malloy; his children, Marian Malloy Rice (Tom), Nancy Malloy and Charles F Malloy (Wendy); his great grandchildren, Teddy Martell, Madeline Martell, Elliot Rice and Charlie Rice; and his brothers, Marty, Frank and Saint of Vincent's Orphanage.
