She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Maccia Gilken and Edward Russell Gilken, Sr.; her daughters, Dr. Judith Curiel and Brenda Foreman; her brother Edward Russell Gilken, Jr. of Downingtown; and her friend Richard Morgan of Kenansville, Florida..

Donations can be sent to Phoenix Animal Rescue in Chester Springs from where she adopted her very good boy, Fidget, four years ago.
