She was predeceased by: her parents, Colander Shelton and Marie Shelton; and her brother Lonnie Shelton. She is survived by: her foster sons, Sherwain Boone and Norman Smith; her children, Carla E. Walker (Courtney) and Bishop Norman Brown, Jr.; her siblings, John Shelton, Sr. (Delores) and Lou Ethel Weatherly; her son Rachman McGilberry; her grandchildren, Brianna and Darius Walker; and her godchild Min. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
