He is survived by: his uncle Alfred Eugene Abner; his sons, Alfred Jr. and Rick; his wife Sara; his son Mark Reynolds; his siblings, John Frank Kirkland (Mary) of Hopkins, SC, Leola Williams of Chester, PA, Wilbur Kirkland (Elaine) of Glenmore, PA, Charles Kirkland (Diane) of Columbia, SC and Thaddeus Kirkland (Susie) of Chester, PA; and his aunt Julia Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
