He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Albert and Gertrude Fahringer; his wife Mary Ellen Fahringer; his sons, James Fahringer (Kerri), Mark Fahringer (Alexandria), Steven Fahringer and Michael Gemma; his grandchildren, Dominik, Dainius, Alysa, Owen, Melissa, Megan and Michael; and his siblings, Trudy Dutkiewicz (late Tony), Carol Haugh (late Jerry), Phyllis Lafferty (Doug), Sonny Fahringer (Ellie) and Butch Fahringer (late Barbara).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Pennsylvania, 350 East Erie Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134.
