She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Broderick and Mary Broderick (Flannery); her husband Eugene Planchak; and her son Eugene Planchak. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Planchak (Anne) of Woodbridge, VA, Michael Planchak (Marina) of Dayton, OH and John "Jack" Planchak (Karen) of Chester Springs, PA; and her grandchildren, John W., Amanda, Christopher, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Katherine, Kelley, Michelle and John D.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
