He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Perina and Beatrice Perina (Rak); and his siblings, George, Henry, Andy, Beatrice, Alice and Caroline.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Perina (Dice); his children, Bradley Frank Perina (Huong) and Beth Ann Perina Kolar (Mike); and his grandchildren, Michael Christopher Kolar, Kelcy Ann Kolar, Kara Elizabeth Kolar, William Bradley Perina and Emily Louise Perina.
