It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Nelson of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Baughman and Beatrice Baughman; her husband Robert F. Nelson; her son Curt Stoudt; and her brother Marvin Baughman.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Bowman (Tracy) and Rob Nelson (JoAnn); her grandchildren, Jason, Andrew, Otto and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Lucienne and Maximillian.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.

“I'm heartbroken to find out my friend has passed away. Liz and I didn't see alot of each other but when we did, the laughing was contagious. She was, like me, born with the same birth defect. That is neither of us have a brain filter, which can sometimes be a problem. But manage we did! I will miss her. It is about this time of year she would call and we would talk politics for an hour or so. I will miss those calls. God Speed, Liz..... Barry DiLibero”

This is definitely feeling like I lost a very deer friend as we have been pen pals since I was in the 6th grade where I saw an article and drawing of her horse in a Highlights magazine, I am now 80.
