He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Cook (Grandizio); his parents, Joan Hinkle Cook and George "Don" Cook; his children, Morgan, Colin and Connor; and his siblings, Don Cook and Michele Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
