He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Franklin. He is survived by : his wife Susan Gossett Loch; his children, Lisa Leit (Dean Prichard), Amy Olrick (Jeffrey), David Loch and Brian Loch; his grandsons, Joshua, Andrew and Nathan Olrick; and his sister Gayla D. Loch.
