He was predeceased by: his parents, Edouard (Mary Beane Houtmann) and Ed. He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Provanzano (Joseph), Matthew Houtmann (Nancy), Jane Houtmann, Gustave Houtmann (Barbara) and John Houtmann (Margaret). He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews, and seven great nieces and nephews.
