He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane (Gromley) and Leo B. Loscar; his stepfather Robert H. Long; and his brother Keith Loscar. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Loscar (Long); his sons, Thomas Loscar Jr. (Alanis), Kenneth (Heather) and NJ; his stepchildren, Teresa Gibbons, Cookport, Rebecca Gibbons and Allen Lydic of Cherry Tree; and his siblings, Vickie Turner (Everett), Cindy Hanners (Garry), Robert H. Long, Kimberly Loscar, Kevin Loscar and Karl Loscar (Linda). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
