She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rice and Geneva Rice (Spaid); and her siblings, James Jr., Barry, Raymond Rice and Janet DePetro.
She is survived by: her husband Henry J. Oaks; her children, Tammy Noel of Phoenix, AZ, Henry J. Oaks Jr., Robert Oaks (Suzanna) and Baltimore, MD; and her sister Nancy Campbell. She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
