She was predeceased by: her former husband William George Lockard; her husband Phillip Handlon; her son Terry Richard Lockard; and her siblings, Roy, Irvin "Dutch", William "Bill", Milton, Milan, Dale, Dean, Harry Campbell, Alice Lee, Martha Rorabaugh, Evelyn Hill, Zeitha Hammer, Doris Oaks and Elnora Dunlap.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith "Judy" Morgan and Bonita "Bonny" Hunt (Carl). She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
