He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Smith and Edna Smith of La Jose, PA.; his sons, Waylon Smith and Tyler; his grandchildren, Eliah and Silas of Jeffersonton, VA.; his children, Hunter and Olivia of Warrenton, VA.; the mother of his children Heather Mullins of Fredericksburg, VA.; and his siblings, Sandy Shirley (Jim) of Eufaula, AL., Kim Rackovan of Manassas, VA., Linda Smith of Ft Myers, FL., Dan Smith (Lisa) of Manassas, VA. and Terry Smith (Cheri) of Houtzdale, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
