She was predeceased by: her parents, Franciszek Czuba and Veronica Czuba; her husband Edward Lukiewski; and her siblings, Helena Eleanor Dramis, Stanley Czuba, Jane Haughney, John Czuba and Laura Dunn.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Hagdorn (George), Linda Lukiewski S. S. J., Joan Cardellino, Edward Lukiewski, Jr. (Susan), Mary Larson (Drew), Victoria Lukiewski-Powell (Steven) and Christopher Lukiewski (Tracey); her grandchildren, Andrew Hagdorn, Matthew, John Luke, Mark Cardellino, Thomas Lukiewski, Nathan, Adam, Sarah Larson, Erica Lambert, Elizabeth Courtney and Laura Powell; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Colin Hagdorn, Josephine Rose, Lillian Merie Cardellino, Stella Lukiewski, Brynn Elizabeth and Shay Elise Courtney.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Adalbert Church (2645 E Allegheny Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031.
