We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2024, at the age of 82, Patricia M. Ruzicka of Cheltenham, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James; her son Timothy James; her parents, Patrick Moffo and Marie Moffo; and her brother John Moffo (late Barbara).

She is survived by: her children, Donna Farrell (Frank), Beth Smith (Jack), Frank (Courtney), Joshua, Hannah, Courtney, Patrick, Joseph, Sarah, Louie and Rosie; and her brother-in-law Joseph Ruzicka (late Joan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations to Mater Dei Catholic School, 493 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446 would be appreciated.
