He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl H. Hax and Anna M. Hax. He is survived by: his sister Stephanie C. Meyers (Brian); his niece Caitlin E. Rezzonico (Chris); and his nephews, Christopher R. Meyers, Gregory C. Meyers and Stephen C. Meyers.
