“I've known Don for about 40 years. He was a founding member of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association of Philadelphia. He was an active member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors. He was a fun guy to be around. Always had a great big smile. Always had a funny story to tell. Never a bad word was said about anybody. One of the most knowledgeable electricians in the City. He will be sadly missed by all. May his memory be a blessing. Barry Yeslow”
