He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fordanish and Mary Fordanish. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Deitch Fordanish; his brother Joe Fordanish (Ruthann) of Belle Vernon; his niece Amy Vaccaro (Darren); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon and Gianna; and his brothers-in-law, Bill and Ron Deitch of Arnold City.
