He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Dolores Zetka; his children, Tamara Marie Zetka of North Carolina and Patrick Zachary Zetka; his siblings, Donna Petrosky, Pamala Marcavitch (Richard) and Charles Zetka; his grandchildren, FaceTime, Tempestt Jade, Tayla Venee' and Taliyah Jenee'; and his great grandchild Corentin Legend.
