He was predeceased by: his parent F. C. (Duke); his wife Cora Sue Ducoeur; and his brothers, William Ducoeur of Charleroi and Fred Ducoeur of Texas. He is survived by: his daughters, Lois Ruschak (Don) and Rebecca Bowers; his grandchildren, Coral, Pearl, Noah, Jonah Ruschak, Jacquelyn and Dalton Bowers; and his sister Carolyn Sue Christie (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Tom wishes for donations to the Mon Valley Hospital Lois Orange Ducoeur Breast Cancer Walk or Wounded Warrior project.
