She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cook and Ruth Cook (Sansom); her husband George Mudrick; her sister Doris May Logue; and her daughter Sandra Mudrick.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Rudy Mudrick (Mary Lou) and Mildred Twardon; and her friends, Lillian Beattie and Dorothy Gallagher.
