She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Polen and Phyllis Polen; her close friend Donald Ingold; and her sister Marcia Polen. She is survived by: her children, Terry Younkin of Speers and Carla Rotheram (Brian) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Brooke, Brian and Brianna Rotheram; and her brother Gary Polen of Bentleyville.
