With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Samuel Perok of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Samuel left this world on July 11, 2024 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Perok and Kate Perok (Milek); and his siblings, Tom, Steve, Robert, Jacob Perok and Theresa Nigro.

He is survived by: his daughter Lorry; his son-in-law Randy Roblin; his son Larry Perok; his grandchildren, Hunter Donovan Perok, Tylie Jo Perok and Tim Plavko; and his great grandchild Liam Plavko. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 624 Washington Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022.
