He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheridan Theakston and Patricia Malec Zelinsky of Van Voorhis. He is survived by: his stepfather Joseph Zelinsky of Van Voorhis; and his siblings, Robert of Charleroi, Rodney Theakston of Charleroi and Renee Sommovilla of Carroll Twp.
