He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald M. Hostovich and Ann M. Hostovich (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Shannon Hostovich (Santini); his sons, Dane Hostovich and Zach Hostovich (Jasmine); his brother Dean Hostovich (Kathy); and his grandson Wyatt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
