He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalie Whitfield; his wife Audrey E. Whitfield; his sister Mary Jean Maxwell; and his daughter-in-law Vicki Whitfield. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Whitfield of Speers and Robert Whitfield of Waxhaw, NC; his grandchildren, Danielle Tiernan (Steve) and Jessie Lynn Whitfield (Josh Evans); his great grandchild Bailee Jo Tiernan; and his sister Rosalie Kochenbach of Mt. Lebanon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (700 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Speers United Methodist Church (810 Jane Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022).
