He is survived by: his parent Veronica Levandosky (Zelensky); his wife Nancy Levandosky (Conti); his children, Robert Levandosky (Janice) of Charleroi, David Levandosky (Roxanne) of Charleroi and Lindsey DeBerardinis (Brad) of Belle Vernon; his grandchildren, Bobby Levandosky, Demi Levandosky, Haley Levandosky, Shay Levandosky, Bryce Levandosky and Channing Levandosky; his great grandchild Mia Rose; his brother Butch Levandosky; and his aunt Helen Zelensky.
