Waggoner (Linda) of Fallowfield Township and Rick Waggoner (Missy) of Sutersville; her stepmother Sally Waggoner; and also, Williams Waggoner, Sr. and Aunt Nancy Lesssman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
