He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Caldwell, Sr. and Phyllis Rawlings Caldwell; his brothers, Richard, Harry and Ray Caldwell; and his pets, Piper and Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Caldwell (Welch); his daughters, Kristina Caldwell (Thomas Myers) of Masontown, Cheryl Johnson (Chris McBride) of Charleroi, Charity Caldwell (Ben Bradshaw) of Monessen and Heaven Caldwell of Donora; his grandchildren, Dominic, Alexis, Zander, Rico, Deja, Benny, Elijah, Noelle and Julian; his great grandchildren, Malakai and Paisley Grace; his siblings, Thomas, John, Patrick Caldwell and Sally Fowler (Tim); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Finegan, Sherry Voldeck, Quanita Herr, Bill Welch (Liz) and Gary Welch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Spallino Funeral Home (819 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
