He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph "Corky" Kostolansky (Ann) of Donora, Stephanie Townsend (Carl) of Weirton, WV, Steve Kostolansky (Mary) of Charleroi and John Kostolansky (Norma) of Clearwater, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Porter Costolanski of Charleroi; and his children, Anne Stefanie Costolanski of Marietta, GA and Peter Costolanski of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
