She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Toole and Catherine O'Toole (Crowe); her husband Giustino J. "Gust" Ostetrico; her siblings, Martin, John, Thomas, Robert, Michael, Donald, Joseph O'Toole, Ellen Glaspey, Kathleen Bednarczyk, Josephine Rigotti and Alice "Doll" Tressler; her brother-in-law Ralph Ostetrico; and her son-in-law James Nash.
She is survived by: her children, Julius Ostetrico (Darlene) of Donora, Kevin Ostetrico (Jill) of Belle Vernon and Sharon Nash of Monessen; her grandchildren, Robert Valentine (Nicole), David Valentine, Justin Nash (Amy), Leigh Ann Kelly (Dax), James Nash (Monica) and Tara Melegari (Brett); and her sister Gert Zoretich of Bentleyville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
