She is survived by: her nieces, Shelly Booth Jones (David) and Kristi Artis Large (Craig) of Fallowfield Twp; her nephew Scott Artis (Natalie) of Monongahela; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aubrey Cardinale Warfield (Matthew), Danielle Large Melenyzer (Adam), Nicolee Artis, Jacob Large, Jeremy and Jacob Jones; and her cousins, Sharon Henry Crockett (David), David Crockett (Cait), Lauren Crockett Bonaccorsi (Dominic) and Daniel Crockett.
