She is survived by: her children, Patty Panepinto, Jerry Smith (Diane) of Fallowfield Township and Barry Smith of Fallowfield Township; her grandchildren, Dale Smith, Lorri Smith Pfrogner (Todd Weightman), Brian Smith (Amy), Nichole Puyear (Rich), Jennifer Moldovan (Pete) and Barry Smith Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Pfrogner (Cole Johnson), Logan Pfrogner, Kelsey Smith, Brianna Patrick, Colton, Kash Smith, Hattie, Mae and Piper Puyear. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
