He is survived by: his brother David Jr.; his sister-in-law Loretta Stasicha; his niece Suzanne Sawicky; his children, Kaylyn, Tyler and Tanner; his nephew Mark Stasicha (Shannon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avalon, Chase and Dustin; and his friend John Marchines.
