With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Havrilesko of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2020 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Mary Lou Picinotti (Miller) of Belle Vernon and Thomas "T. J."; his son Anthony Sawa of Belle Vernon; his brothers, John Havrilesko (Heather) of DuBois and Patrick Picinotti (Keira Owens) of Charleroi; his niece Madison Havrilesko; his nephew Hunter Havrilesko; and his great-nephew Grayson Carter Adams. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
