He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wayne and Carolyn Fleming; and his brother Douglas Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Fleming (Hershiser); his son Cameron Fleming of Fallowfield Twp; his brother Wade Fleming (Traci) of Fallowfield Twp; and his nieces and nephews, Gianna, Jensen and Johnathan Fleming.
