She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Houston and Louise Houston (Baker); her husband Nello Fillippelli; and her grandson Tad Fillippelli. She is survived by: her children, Karen Hess (Anthony) of Bethel Park and Glenn Fillippelli (Carol Serra) of Georgia; her grandsons, Colby Fillippelli (Bridget), Christopher Fillippelli (Kaylin), Caleb Fillippelli (Shayla) and Canaan Fillippelli (Nicole Saucier); and her great grandchildren, Eva, Graeme, Natalie, Abigail and Juliette.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spallino Funeral Home (819 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Monongahela Cemetery (800 Country Club Rd, Monongahela, PA 15063).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local animal shelter of choice.
