She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Krivacek and Anna Krivacek (Sninchak); her husband Samuel James Kopach Sr.; her siblings, Julia Brudnik and Paul Krivacek; and her friends, Emma Pavlikowski, Sue Dolan and Ann Picinotti.
She is survived by: her pet Buddy; her son Samuel James Kopach Jr. (Eva Nichols); her sister Catherine Martin; and her sister-in-law Donna Krivacek.
