McCay Sr. (Becky); his wife Erin McCay; his sons, Hunter John and Ethan Reed McCay; his siblings, John McCay III (Lisa) of Kittaning and Lacey Harkins (Adam) of Centerville; his parents-in-law, Linda Dyer-Pasquinelli and Donald Pasquinelli of Forward Twp; his siblings-in-law, Kirk Merling Jr. of Elizabeth Twp and Christine (Lonnie); and his aunts and uncles, John Pastor, Adrienne, Joe Dusi, Greg, Lori Pastor, Maureen, Ricky Bean, Barb Lundberg, Kathy Koesuta, Joanne Walters, Herman Ball, Debi, Dave Daugherty, William Delmer, Patty Weber and Judy Goodfellow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
