He is survived by: his parent Eva Usher Nichols; his son Louis R. Nichols, Jr.; his wife Peggy of Fallowfield Township; his daughters, Carol M. Nichols of Monessen and Joni Paluso (Bob) of Fallowfield; and also, Frank D. Nichols (Nancy) of Long Branch and Kent L. Nichols (Cindy) of Carroll Township. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and sever nieces and nephews.
