She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Allen and Lenora Allen of Monessen; her husband George B. Zurich; her siblings, Charles Allen of Ohio, Dickie and Betty Lee; and her friend Raymond D. Dalfonso.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Janis), Mary Lee (Richard Long) and Ben (Judi); and her sister Mary Ann Moore (Liz Allen) of Pittsburgh.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Disabled Veterans or the National Kidney Foundation.
