She is survived by : her daughters, Shelly Bastin (Eric) and Gina Welshhans (Larry); her grandchildren, Joshua Hook, Skylar Welshhans andNoah Welshhans, Jessica Brewer (Derek) and Natalie Bastin; , her step children , Delbert Sapko, Deanna Sapko and Daniel Sapko and her sister-in-law Rosemary Hans. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
