Collins (Debbie) of Carroll Township, David Collins of Washington, John Collins of McDonald, Joe Collins of Scenery Hill, Earl Collins (Marylou) of Washington and Mark Collins (Ashley) of Moon Township; his siblings, Marie Selvoski-Prepski of Scenery Hill, Matthew Collins of Fallowfield Township and Frances Martos (Ronald); and his wife Donna Marie Metzler Collins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
