He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Collins and Margaret Tokosh Collins. He is survived by: his sons, Lewis R. Collins (Debbie) of Carroll Township, David Collins of Washington, John Collins of McDonald, Joe Collins of Scenery Hill, Earl Collins (Marylou) of Washington and Mark Collins (Ashley) of Moon Township; his siblings, Marie Selvoski-Prepski of Scenery Hill, Matthew Collins of Fallowfield Township and Frances Martos (Ronald); and his wife Donna Marie Metzler Collins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc. (809 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Katharine Drexel Parish (126 Church St, Bentleyville, PA 15314). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Luke Cemetery (208 Abromaitis St, Bentleyville, PA 15314).
