He is survived by: his parent Nancy Gamble Sleith; his wife Joanie Opfar; his sons, Robert Sleith of Charleroi, Matthew Sleith of West Newton and Derek Sleith of Elizabeth; his sisters, Janey Tyron of Forward Twp and Lori Smith of Forward Twp; and also Chachi.
