She was predeceased by: her parents, Regis McIntyre and Gladys McIntyre; her boyfriend Ray Stein; and her brother Regis McIntyre. She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne Levandosky (David) of Charleroi; her grandchildren, Shay, Bryce, Channing Levandosky, Haley Levandosky (Jake Alvarez), Demi Levandosky (Corey Stefan) and Shane Shepard (Jenna Marshall); and her stepsons, Ray Stein (Jennifer) of Washington and Eric Stein of Bentleyville. She is also survived by 2 daughters, 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 step-sons, and a sister.
