She is survived by: her children, Gary Chappell, Tim Chappell (Sherry) and Linda Zack (Ken); her grandchildren, Greg Chappell, Kelly O'Leary (David), Daniel Zack and Emma Zack; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Abigail and Naomi O'Leary.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to one of Mom's favorite philanthropies: Wounded Warriors and St. Jude.
